What do participants think about the 10-Day Jump Start?
I have never been able to stick to a “diet” because they always seemed so restrictive – I would end up hungry, fuzzy and tired after a few days. The 10-Day Jump Start made a lot of sense to me because I instinctively knew that 10 days was achievable.
I knew that eating more foods that built me up and fewer that tore me down and also embracing other healthy lifestyle principles such as more sleep and exercise and less stress would all work in synergy to help me achieve a short term goal that could lead to a lifelong shift for me.
Sandi has led a 10 Day Jump Start group every month for the past 3 years and she has offered support, guidance and is a great example of talking the talk and walking the walk.
