What do participants think about the 10-Day Jump Start?

I have never been able to stick to a “diet” because they always seemed so restrictive – I would end up hungry, fuzzy and tired after a few days.  The 10-Day Jump Start made a lot of sense to me because I instinctively knew that 10 days was achievable.

I knew that eating more foods that built me up and fewer that tore me down and also embracing other healthy lifestyle principles such as more sleep and exercise and less stress would all work in synergy to help me achieve a short term goal that could lead to a lifelong shift for me.

Sandi has led a 10 Day Jump Start group every month for the past 3 years and she has offered support, guidance and is a great example of talking the talk and walking the walk.

What do participants think about the Meal Planning with Coaching?

I really enjoyed  working with Sandi to reach my nutrition goals. She is fun, upbeat, & so easy to talk to!

During our initial consultation she took time to listen, to truly evaluate my personal nutrition goals.

She shared simple, easy tips to make healthier lifestyle choices, ones that stuck even after the program ended.

In the past, I always found making healthy choices a bit overwhelming while juggling a busy family….so thankful for Sandi’s scrumptious recipes, not only did I love them, so did my family.

What do participants think about the Disease Prevention Coaching?

Working with Sandi has been extremely beneficial for my health.  My doctor was very concerned about my blood pressure and diabetes and strongly urged that I lose weight.  Initially, I was a little apprehensive about disclosing my weight, poor eating habits, and lack of physical fitness with anyone other than my doctor.  Sandi’s approach to coaching allowed me to let down my guard and reap the benefits of her knowledge and expertise.

Sandi would check in with me and therefore, I had a sense of accountability and I am the type of person that doesn’t like to let people down.  To this day, I hear Sandi’s voice in my head encouraging me to give 150% on days I don’t feel like exercising.

Sandi also broke down the various diets out there and explained macro-nutrients.  She has provided recipes, which are tasty, heart healthy, and overall good for me.  She is very resourceful and if she doesn’t know something, she conducts research to find the answer.  She encouraged me on bad days and applauded me on good days.

Long story short…I know too late…LOL!  My last physical was in March 2021 and my doctor was ecstatic about my results.  My blood pressure was excellent.  I moved from diabetic to pre-diabetic, and I’ve lost 15lbs.
