This fall, Sandi Barrett will continue teaching with the Saint Louis Community College Continuing Education Department, offering fun, hands-on nutrition workshops designed to make healthy eating feel simple, practical, and less overwhelming. Each class focuses on real-life skills participants can use right away, including label reading, meal planning, meal prep, and building nourishing power salads, with every workshop providing practical tools that can be used at home to support lifelong healthy habits with confidence.
